The Trail to Anywhere was started by photographer and filmmaker Benjamin Sadd as a way to promote international conservation through film and photography. The range of projects and clients has since grown to cover humanitarian and cultural films as well as promotional videos for companies and organisations, while the core concept remains the same – to raise awareness of humanitarian and conservation issues.
Benjamin holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham, he is well-travelled and has an unrivalled passion for life and adventure. Climber, mountaineer and committed conservationist with a working knowledge of Spanish he has climbed several mountains over 6000m, via technical ascents, cycled across Europe and canoed across Belize. He has worked as a research ecologist with the Kalahari Meerkat Project, filmed and lectured for Operation Wallacea in South Africa and sold photos & video footage to international clients including National Geographic, World Wide Hearing and the Botswana Predator Conservation Trust.
